In partnership with Fort Bragg and the Army's Residential Communities Initiative, Picerne Military Housing is creating a new standard of living for today's military families. Like painting upon a blank canvas, Picerne is striving to fulfill an inspired vision on undeveloped Fort Bragg land. Located a few miles outside the cantonment area, Picerne's new 1,100 acre Linden Oaks development will offer more than 1,200 military families a more suburban alternative to traditional on-post housing.

Linden Oaks offers military families more than just beautiful new homes. Linden Oaks is quickly becoming a thriving community
with luxury amenities like a gated, tree-lined entrance and a Picerne Neighborhood Center with resort-style swimming pool and
fitness center. A Department of Defense elementary school recently opened and a Child Development Center and two more
